As part of the project Visions in the North, a team of architects and experts has been selected to outline how Örviken in Skellefteå municipality can grow with new housing, while preserving the cultural and historical values and making the water areas accessible to more people.
In the project, a number of municipalities have been allowed to choose an area/direction they want new perspectives on and now everyone has been assigned a team that will draft proposals
The teams must come up with concrete proposals for how places can be shaped with the help of architecture, form, design, art and the cultural environment.
